I saw this diamond ring (can seperate into 2 rings) in Mabelle which also shown on the TV show 珠光寶氣, if I want the main diamond with below quality and my budget is below $15,000, can you make it?

P.S. I saw it in Mabelle shop with discount to $12,xxx but I don't know the diamond quality.

0.5c or above,
G colour or above,
VS2 or above
