My Diamond is VG VG VG instead of 3 Excellent, is it noticeable in normal eyes and how different it will be?

Is VG VG VG a not good enough standard?

Can you help me to advise around what price the following diamond will cost?

1.12Carat, D Colour, VG VG VG, VVS2, None Fluorenscene, round brilliant cut

sorry, missing some info, its clarity should be VS2 and it has GIA cert.
