Please give comment on comparing the following 2 diamonds:
1. GIA, 3.01, H, VG, EX, VG, SI1
2. IGI, 3.24, I, VG, VG, VG, VS2
If they are almost same price, which one is more worth to buy?

你好!GIA cert 會貴些,而且是H色,我初部會選這1粒,
但有沒有多些鑽石資料?
