"trade in" question??

Just want to clarify. If we buy on certified GIA stone from your office, just in case we don't like and want to trade in for other stons, or sell it back to you...
Is " trade-in" service availalbe?
How much discount will be the trade in price?? ( provided that the stone is untouched and same as the conditon as during buying...)
