And about the "bonded Jeweler" question. I am wondering about your buy-back policy and warantee. I am asking because I know that GIA labs (or any other labs) cannot detect if diamond has been treated with heat (to whiten color). No one can tell until it is damaged (diamond treated with heat is britle/fragile). So what warantee do you offer in case when customers buy a treated diamond (I know GIA can detect laser treated diamonds, but I am worried about HEAT treated diamonds)

經過hpht處理的鑽石會顯示較好的顏色,但如果經過這種處理,鑽石會出現霧狀外觀,帶啡色或灰色調,而不是黃色調,
在高倍放大可看到內部紋理,部分愈合裂隙和解理,形狀異常的內含物,一些還會在正交偏光下顯示應變消光效應.
你從什麼地方聽說經過熱處理鑽石會檢測不到,這種處理方法很久以前已經有,GIA是有能力檢測這種處理鑽石.
但有可能因為間中疏忽導致檢測不到就有可能.

I actually live in Canada. I will be back to HK in April 2010 for 3 weeks.

My situation is that I would like to get a diamond (1.12-1.16 ct, E, VS1, 3 Ex, No Flu) with DEPTH% of LESS THAN 61% (!!!)
I know excellent cut is good, but girlfriend is very "Yeem 尖". And likes her diamond a certain way.

Do you think I can contact you before April 2010 and ask you to look out for THE DIAMOND (depth % less than 61%) and RESERVE it. I am afraid that in the 3 weeks, I wouldn't be able to find the diamond that she wants.

I really appreciate your great customer service and would love you to help make it happen!
