In Taiwan, I saw a diamond that is 1.06 cart, Col. F, VS1, 3 VG, cost around HKD 38000.
But the cert. not IGI, SIG and GIA, cert. is another name.
Is it worth for these price?

And do you have any suggestion that is similar for above and costing?

價格已經差很遠!所以最好找行內認可的證書,
