你好!鑽石的質素是4c來評價,不會因為在什麼地方買已改變,
因為4c包括:colour,clarity,cutting,carat,這些都需要由國際鑑定機構來評4c的質素,
國際鑑定機構例如:GIA,IGI,AGS,等等

I think I agree Tiffany rings are more "bright" for some reason.
Can be because of the lighting in the shop.
But can it be because of the ring?  Can their 18k rings be "better/brighter" than what you use?
