1. The quality of a diamond if it holds GIA with 3 EX , is same as IGI 8H8A Cert.
2. Which cert is better.

GIA 評級是沒有八心八箭,而IGI是有八心八箭評級,
但行內GIA是較有公信力,價格都會貴過IGI證書,
只於鑽石有沒有八心八箭圖案,只需要用一個小儀器觀看就知道,很簡單.
