i saw a heart shape diamond (GIA, 1carat, F, VS1, pod VG, sym VG) selling $49000 and will be provided 10% discount. Is it cheap?
also, a jewelry sales showed me GIA reports of their diamonds, but the report dates were of 2002 and 2003. Why were the diamonds so 'old' and are there any possibilities those can be used diamonds? how can we know if they were completely new and unused ones? many thanks!
